Machine features:

• phaff sewing machine with extended arm allowing to sew all sizes.
• The machine was designed with high precision mechanical parts, making it very reliable even at very high speeds.
• Automatic shoulder-pad loading by means of a device which can feed up to two machines placed side by side.
• The machine is connected to a C.N.C containing a software packet, allowing to set and carry out every kind of model, from the ordinary one to the Raglan type.
• During the production, one can draw a new shoulder-pad on the computer, without stopping the machine when executing samples.
• The quantity of pieces produced is shown on the display and stored in special files on the hard disk, so that it can be examined afterwards by means of special programs.
• A specific control allows the user determine the time required by the machine to sew a shoulder-pad.
• The new shoulder-pad is drawn by means of a mouse, a graphic tablet or the direct self-learning on the sewing machine. In all cases, the desired stiches arestored in the computer’s memory and then sent to a N.C., expressly designed by us.
• The production rate is very high: from 160 up to 220 shoulder-pad per hour.
• Upon request the machine can be equipped with instruments and control for remote diagnosis by telephone.
